We prefer Steel-Craft product because of quality of materials and is locally produced in Edmonton.

Clopay Door product is manufactured in the United States and offers a wide variety of doors, glass and finishes, but takes time to import.

Liftmaster garage door openers are one of the finest produced. Ease of operation, coding & adjustments with good quality make this a favourite with our company.

Spring Replacement:

• Standard size 2” ID or smaller $175.00 single/$250.00 double + GST
  Complete service of door and opener included.

Gear Kit Replacement:

• $180.00 + GST
  Complete service of door and opener included.

Cable Replacement:

• Single Cable $125.00/Double Cable $140.00 + GST
  Complete service of door and opener included.

Hourly Rates:

• $90.00/hr minimum charge includes 1/2 hour travel and 1/2 hour on-site.
• Billed in 15 minute increments after 1/2 hour on-site
• $5.00 shop supplies + GST
